Plan Review Services

The Office of Building Safety is committed to providing a timely and professional review of plans and documents for all building permit applications to assure that the proposed work complies with all state and local codes and requirements.

Several plan check services are provided depending on the type, size, and complexity of the projects:

Project Coordinator:

• A Project Coordinator will be assigned to be a point of contact on the development of your project. Applicants will receive an email from the Project Coordinator upon completion of the plan review of the initial submittal.

Furthermore, we are providing Design Guidelines for various project types as general guidelines to assist project designers to identify the code requirements for permit approval.
