Medical Cannabis Delivery Application

Businesses may register with the Milpitas Police Department to deliver medicinal cannabis and medicinal cannabis products to qualifying Milpitas patients or their primary caregivers from locations outside of the city. If your business wishes to take advantage of this opportunity, please complete the application form. You must separately submit a Milpitas business license application with the City of Milpitas.
