Services

Design & Construction staff oversee the preparation of construction documents, administer and manage construction contracts for the completion of the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Design & Construction Section staff, in conjunction with the Finance Department, create the annual 5-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) document which funds and prioritizes the completion of capital projects for streets, water, sewer, storm drain utilities, parks, and community infrastructure. Design & Construction Inspection staff review city capital project and private development construction projects for compliance with the City standards.
